Dropbox API

Cleo uses the Dropbox API exclusively for automated server-side backups of platform data. This integration:

• Operates entirely server-side and is not user-facing
• Stores backup archives for recovery purposes only
• Does not provide file browsing or access to end users
• Is limited to a dedicated backup folder used only for secure backup storage

AI Processing

Cleo uses AI language models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) to generate teaching materials. Content sent to these services is used solely for generating responses and is not stored by the AI providers beyond their standard processing policies.

Error Monitoring

We use Sentry for error tracking to maintain service reliability. Sentry may process technical data (error messages, browser type) but no personal user content.
